We go to a good local fish restaurant that sells all you can eat fried fresh cod on wednesdays. It's my "cheat day" to eat all the fish I want but I'd still like to log accurately if I can... I asked one of the servers there if she knew the nutritional info but didn't know. I thought it was required by law to have the nutrition on hand? Anyways I tried finding similar entries on MFP but they varied so much and were all over the place! Pretty sure it's not baked but fried fish.. anyone have any guesses? Or how would you log this?

I usually just look at several of the entries and then err on the high side.
I believe it may be law in some states to have NI available for your menu items, but I don't know which states that applies to. I can tell you, it isn't PA, because most places around here do not have that information readily available.1 -
I'd look up something similar from a chain restaurant that does have nutrition information posted and use that.0
