Hi, I’m trying to stick to 1500 calories per day plus running theee times a week, 30 minutes per session, trying for 15km in a week. Previously I have lost around 13kg and been up and down a few kg back and forward since 2012. Recently I’ve put on a few kg due to too much sitting down and eating too much cake so I’m back on the weight loss.

Previously in 2016 I lost around 5kg in around two months. So far in 60 days I’ve lost 1.3kg. Similar diet and running distance.

Would anybody be able to take a look at my food diary for any “issues” where I may be going wrong, I try to weight the food I eat when a scale is available too.

Any guidance greatly appreciated.

Dan

You've lost 1.3 kg in 60 days -- how much were you expecting to lose? Do you know how much of a deficit 1,500 is for you?

I took a quick glance at your diary. It looks like you're using a lot of generic/homemade entries created by other people and doing some estimating on portion sizes. While this can sometimes work, it also looks like you don't have a lot of weight to lose. You'll want to make sure your goals are realistic and that you're being as accurate as you can be.

1.3lbs or kg? I think OP said kg. As previous poster said, check the accuracy of your logging and then trust the process.

    Oops, corrected! Thanks.
