Hey everyone,
So after 2 years I have finally come back to MFP.
I used to log every day and do so much exercise but since getting married 2 yrs ago I have slowly gained weight and am the heaviest I have been apart from being pregnant.
I have recently discovered a love for paddle boarding and got a tough work out yesterday paddling against the tide and wind, not sure how many calories I burnt though as I couldn't wear my fitbit due to it not being waterproof (soooo annoying) but all I know is I am aching today!!
