sweating to Insanity

Hi, this is my second week in insanity and I am still liking it, but boy it can really kill the knee, sometimes I have to modify the moves because my knee cannot handle all that jumping, but it is a good workout. I do prefer it over p90X, I find that I have to push myself a lot harder with Insanity. Well back to my work out, I had taken a little break to type this.

I agree. I'm on my second week but took a couple days to rest my knees and feet. I think I land soft...almost completely quiet. But both my knees still hurt, and I thought I only had one bad knee. Back at it Monday.0
