Hi All,

I'm back on MFP- starting weight is 275lbs- and want to lose about 100... :s

Looking for support for any women in their 30s, around 5'7 with similar starting weight and goals.

I'm going to incorporate Intermittent Fasting and plan to walk 5 nights a week.

If you care to share what your starting weight is, how many calories you are eating, how much you've lost, etc. that would be great!
