I'm finally here! I started at 263, so I still have a ways to go...but I hit my first major milestone!
I am disabled with Cerebral Palsy, it's a somewhat mild case, but that added a bit to the challenge of losing.
It was as simple (and as awkward and unsettling) as just CICO and portion control. I added in hand weights 2 weeks ago. Now that I'm below 200 I'll add in more workouts, but for now I am ELATED! I'll be back here when I reach my next goal of 170

Great work! You’re an inspiration. You hit a chord with your comment about it being unsettling. Am I reading it right that you’ve lost 67lbs by “just” limiting your calorie intake? How long did that take it? I’ve just recently restarted my fitness journey on 05/28 and am down 12 pounds. I’m only eating a calorie deficit. It’s messing with my head because I’m not exercising yet.0

Yes, by just limiting calories and portion sizes...pretty much zero exercize. I no longer pile food onto my plate, I eat until the hunger goes away, not until I am stuffed, and I log EVERYTHING. About a month or two ago I started lifting hand weights while watching TV for a few minutes...but that's it.
Now this took around a year to lose 63 pounds, the first few months the weight flew off, the last 30 pounds has come off slowly. It's all worth it though, even if I only lose a pound a month I'm headed in the right direction!9 -
This is wonderful and very inspiring Weeza! Keep up the good work!
