I’m looking for someone who wants to challenge themselves with me. I’m speaking about a weekly challenge, one week and we’ll see where it goes. It’s not a competition, it’s a challenge. It’ll give us an idea of where our bodies are and maybe we can go from there...who knows.
It’ll start this Sunday 6/17 and end 6/23. (*1 off day during this period)
1800 calorie intake limit
10k + steps daily
30 sit up and push ups daily
Workout log every day (excluding off day)
