Need some motivation

Hi everybody
I started out doing great the first week. Staying focus and taking walks. I’m quickly falling off even though I’m feeling disgusted with my weight gain.
Hoping someone out there will have some motivation advice that’s worked for them???

Sticking to the program over time will ultimately get you to your goals. I think that the one thing that will help you is making small changes gradually. Decide for this month that you're going to make one change only. Whether it is giving up soda and drinking more water, or making sure that you exercise at least two to three times per week, whatever you can handle for now. Then next month add another change. When you try to do all of it at once it's too hard.3

Motivation isn't worth the effort, no one stays motivated for long enough.
If you're already falling off the wagon after 1 week, then you picked a wagon that's too difficult to stay on.
Did you pick a goal of 2 lbs per week? If so, that's really aggressive and only appropriate if you have 75+ lbs to lose. A more realistic goal will give you a more manageable calorie limit.
Are you trying to cut out a lot of foods you like, or forcing yourself to eat foods you don't really want to? It's not necessary! As long as you eat the right amount of calories, you will lose weight. So just pick one or two small ways to improve your diet, and learn from your food log as you go which foods work for you and which don't and tweak from there.
The key isn't to have eternal motivation, it's to create healthy habits so you just end up with a new way that you eat and stay active without much effort. Habit change works best when you do one thing at a time, not everything all at once. I hope that helps - good luck!2
