Just need some motivation

Been going through a 10-week challenge and I think I've hit a point where I'm not gaining or losing any more weight.

Any tips for shedding a little more fat and gaining more mass for my final week before weigh in?

    Eat less, move more, and be more patient, maybe adjust your expectations, because weightloss slows down as you lose weight.

    Yeh I'm learning a lot more. Had no idea that weight loss slows down over time and you have to work more to lose weight! thought it would be a constant drop over time.
