Paleness and dizziness

Since young, I've always been pretty pale. Not pale as in fair skinned, because I am pretty tan from swimming as a child, but pale as in looking bloodless in the face and, idk how to describe it, just one shade? It's like I don't have pink or red in my cheeks and lips, just one shade of yellowy beige and people often ask if I'm sick because of that. Idk if it's because of a lack of iron or something, but I'm wondering if anyone knows how to make myself look less bloodless all the time.
Also, I notice that I've become increasingly dizzy. Last year I made the mistake of going on a super low calorie crash diet and I think it messed up my blood pressure or something because it caused me to feel dizzy randomly, especially when standing up. It's been a few months now and even when I eat large amounts of food, I still feel dizzy. Will this go away if I'm able to eat healthier? Because I've been struggling to lose weight and eat healthy.
Hoping someone could help me out with these!

Definitely talk to your doctor. No one here is able to give you sound advice as to why this is happening and/or what to do about it.0

I agree with everyone above, This sounds like it may be serious and we can't offer you help like a doctor would.0
