New number :) :)

I started on here just 10 days ago and I had a sneaky hop on the scales this morning, and....I have a new number. (bye bye 18) So pleased with the progress so far, I have lost 5lb which considering I haven't really been minding what I have been eating before I started on this I am pleased with. There is no way I was eating enough before I joined and calories has always worked well for me.
I think I have done most programmes that are available, slimming world, weight watchers, slim fast, herbalife etc etc but none work as well as calorie counting. 20 odd years ago I got to within 2lb of my goal through calorie counting and back then there wasn't really an internet that helped.
Thank heavens for MFP! My first goal is 1st 4lb away now then to set the second. In total there is close to 7st to get rid of but one small goal at a time.
Onwards and downwards :)
