Good morning. As I sit behind my desk, I sometimes think why. Then I start looking through a list of modivation quotes that modivate me. Today's quote: "Every new day is another chance to change your life."

    I listened to Lauryn Hill on the way to work and the lyric "Everything is everything, what is meant to be will be..after winter must come spring...change will come eventually.." I am determined to stay consistent with my meals and my workouts and know that change will eventually come!

    This quote just made me get up and walk. I also use the upper floor restroom rather than the one in the main floor. Anything to keep me moving.
