Just try and eat as clean as you can, it will help a lot...11

Take a walk. Read a book. Clean the bathroom. Meditate. Unless you are locked in an empty room, there is something else to do. Stop telling yourself limiting things (there's nothing else to do) and start telling yourself empowering things. Good luck!7

Yea that's how I felt when I was bulking.. I had to have food in my hands at all times.0

I feel this way sometimes. I like to walk my dogs, do yoga, or watch a show while walking on my treadmill. Finding a project or cleaning helps break up the day as well.0

Oh I misunderstood and thought you were bored of eating. Distraction, keeping active, doing things that don't go well with eating (ex painting your nails)1

As a child if I said I was bored my mom would tell me she could find something for me to do. It was always chores. I learned not to be bored.
Read a book. Write a book.
Learn a language. Duolingo is free.
Play music. Practice a musical instrument.
Play with your pet. Train your pet.
Go look at reddit or pinterest. Watch you tube videos.
Take a bath.
Clean your closet. Clean your basement. Wash your car. Do yard work. Rearrange furniture.
Go for a walk.
Call a friend or family member. Go visit someone.
Volunteer somewhere.
Make some art or crafts.
Exercise.
Play a game.
Meditate.
Go shopping.
Take a class.
Go to the library.
Listen to a podcast.
Sit outside and watch birds, people, cars go by.
Get out a camera and take pictures. Make a video.
Join a club or organization that has activities or work for you to do.
Make or do things to earn some extra money.
Start a blog.

It is important to have interests and hobbies outside of working and socializing. They will sustain you through tough times.1

Get a hobby. Seriously, anything that you enjoy that isn't eating because of boredom.
Read, paint, knit, write, puzzles.
Go for a walk when you're bored if you don't want to do anything else.3 -

I love that long list of things to do, and the wet nails one! If I feel like snacking like a fiend, I choose to have a lot of raw veggies, and track them, of course.0
