Go on Groupon and buy something that you’ve always wanted to DO...,, cycling class or boxing lessons

Yea that's how I felt when I was bulking.. I had to have food in my hands at all times.

I feel this way sometimes. I like to walk my dogs, do yoga, or watch a show while walking on my treadmill. Finding a project or cleaning helps break up the day as well.

No... just because you're bored it DOESN'T mean you have to eat... eyes on the prize

Go sleep. Can't eat if you're sleeping.

    Volunteer somewhere
Pick up a part-time job on top of your full-time job

Oh I misunderstood and thought you were bored of eating. Distraction, keeping active, doing things that don't go well with eating (ex painting your nails)

It is important to have interests and hobbies outside of working and socializing. They will sustain you through tough times.

Get a hobby. Seriously, anything that you enjoy that isn't eating because of boredom.

    Read, paint, knit, write, puzzles.

Go for a walk when you're bored if you don't want to do anything else.

Take a walk. Read a book. Clean the bathroom. Meditate. Unless you are locked in an empty room, there is something else to do. Stop telling yourself limiting things (there's nothing else to do) and start telling yourself empowering things. Good luck!

    Great advice!!

Do your nails....it's difficult to eat with wet nails!

I love that long list of things to do, and the wet nails one! If I feel like snacking like a fiend, I choose to have a lot of raw veggies, and track them, of course.

As a child if I said I was bored my mom would tell me she could find something for me to do. It was always chores. I learned not to be bored.

Me too! There was no being bored in my house growing up!
