Hello my name is Austin Griggs! I have been on my fitness pal for about 5 months and I currently only have the free version. My main goal is to to weigh 200 ibs (hopefully muscle) right now I am at 193ibs. This is while I have been in bulking. I started bulking in March and my current weight then was 178ibs yes I know I have gained fat during my bulk but it’s really hard to notice. I will show a picture of me just a couple of days ago. I have been doing a dirty bulk and I’m on the David Laid DUP program. I will be doing the Larry Wheels offseason program next. Please add me!
