I’ve been diagnosed with Chondromalacia patellae with damaged / deteriorating cartilage behind my knee caps (MRI confirmed) and am looking for home fitness DVDs, and only home fitness DVDs, that will allow me to get a great workout without further damaging my knees. I know pleanty of people have this issue and I would love to know what you’ve found in the DVD department that works well with this condition. Thanks in advance!

I don’t know which specific movements you need to avoid, it can be different for each person. I would think that anything g low impact would work. A lot of people like Leslie sansone walk at home. Also remember that any workout can be modified to meet Your specific needs because you know your body best. Also suggest working with physical therapist if you haven’t already done so. Pool workout and swimming are great, but most people can’t do that at home.
