Hello, just signed up.
After a few years of overeating and neglecting weight gain, deciding to take action.
Type 2 diabetes runs in the family, determined to greatly reduce the risk of developing it. Also want to be able to take up sprinting again in the not too distant future.
Worked out I need to lose 4.5 stone to reach a healthy weight for my height.
Would be great to connect/share ideas with people on similar journeys. Great believer in the maxim that a problem shared is a problem halved.
