I find the website page easier than the app

Hi everybody

I just started weight loss program again and decided to download the app

On my previous failed attempt last year I used the website and absolutely loved it and it really helped me

I decided to move with the times and download the app thinking it would be easier but actually the opposite is true for me and I've gone back to using the website

I was trying to put my food diary in and searching for mayonnaise but it just kept saying mayonnaise isn't one of your frequent foods
I was somehow trapped on to my frequent foods list and and could only enter the foods on that list

Has anybody else had trouble with the app?

I'm pretty sure it's me being sick but I'm sticking to the website I think perhaps the app is just MyFitnessPal trying to keep up with the times sometimes it's technology for technology sake

I started with the app. I've never had those kinds of problems with it (touch wood)

It depends on what I am logging. I like the webpage better for routibe foods, and the app better for stuff I eat but not frequently. I like the computer better for the forums.

    I use both.
I find the web site easier to enter and log a recipe. Sometimes the app will not bring up a recipe I search for that I know I have entered and logged before.

Can we visit in the morning?

Sure. Just be warned that you have to get past my dogs first. And they love gnawing on bones
