MOMS Wanted Bod Challenge - 30 Day Shred - Total Core - JOIN ME :)

After 4 kids my body needs some major work so I've decided to focus on my health this year.
I am doing a few modified things to target specific areas. Here is my plan. If you want to follow my routine I have put the things I ordered to get me started at the bottom.

MY PLAN:
1. I plan on logging here every day and at least giving an update on what I accomplished for the day.
2. I have taken some basic measurements because I am no expert but I want some kind of idea of progress.
3. I plan on doing the 30 day shred x 3 times in the next 90 days. (Even if I have to modify).
4. I am using my total core machine for additional 1 hour of workout a day. 100 reps of the 8 exercises.
5. I plan on walking in place 30 minutes a day.
6. Cycling with my total core machine for 30 minutes a day.
7. additional beauty routine includes cavitation and radio frequency treatments every 3rd day to get rid of my c-section pouch and saggy belly. (I will update my blog with pictures throughout).

Starting Measurements:
Upper Back: 34 Inches
Chest: 38 Inches

Arms: 13 Inches

Waist: 35 Inches
Hips: 38 Inches

Thighs: 22 Inches

    Hello! I’m a little late in seeing your post, are you still doing the 30 day shred? I just started today and am looking for a buddy! Come on!! :)
