Today, my boss' mother, who I haven't seen in about a year, probably, asked me if I'd lost weight and told me I looked great. This is a very prickly woman, so I was impressed she said something at all! I graciously said, yes, a little, thank you for noticing.

HERE'S MY SECRET: I have lost zero weight since she saw me last. But my body looks a million times better (the 'toned' look), and my stomach is very flat. Clean eating and strength training, folks! :bigsmile:
