I use old Bodyrock workouts that are still available on Youtube or just as descriptions on a certain website. If something is too difficult for me then I adjust it, if too easy then I make an exercise more difficult. There are proper, progressive bodyweight programmes out there (google: start bodyweight) but I get bored too quickly. I like to do something different every time. And I do build muscle with bodyweight intervals. It's a lot of fun for me as well.
