Time for a better me

Just started working out and eating better the past two weeks. I just found this app and ready to get to set my goals. Good luck everyone.

    Yes, one day at a time. Do not overlook the little changes over time as well, like how it is easier to do an exercise that used to be very hard at the start of your journey. Healthy and maintainable change is gradual, which isn't always rewarding to see but lasts longer in the end.
