I'm Matt. New to MFP but I've been lifting over the past year. I have dropped roughly 10% bf since January (bodpod) by strength training and a bit of cardio usually 4-5 days a week. Always looking for new fitness friends or people to talk about life with! Feel free to add or pm me.
