Getting going and going to try tracking online!

I am fed up with being so big, have had some ill health and gained a lot of weight, but looking forward to getting on with feeling and looking better. I lost 7lbs last week but feel that I need to do something more structured as I go forward. Looking forward to hearing what other peoples experiences are.

The first covers accurate logging and some of the tools in MFP to help you make things easier. The second discusses caloric needs and setting goals. These two posts completely changed my MFP experience and helped me be much more successful, so I hope they do the same for you.
