Help with better accountability

I am 44 and am coming back to MFP. My starting weight was 215. I am 170 now. My goal weight is 108-110. I am 4'11". I have been plateaued for months. I try very hard to track everything I eat without depriving myself of anything. 12,000 steps a day is my current goal but am happy when I can get at least 10,000. Because of work and my commute I don't always have time to exercise but I do when I can.
