Suggestions? Im curious to see what some folks workouts look like. Im looking to get rid of love handels and my big butt/thighs. I always have thick upper arms on the outerside which is weird and annoying. I love cardio but I know i need to tone T^T

    All I ever did was running and body weight training such as push ups, pull ups, dips, sit ups, leg raises, body weight squats, etc. Running 4 times a week for 30 - 60 min and strenght training 3 times a week full body.

    If you wanna lose love handles and arm fat then you just have to burn those calories and keep losing weight until your body gets ride of that.

    What works for me is whatever I am willing to do consitantly. I change it up swimming, bike riding, hiking, 30 day shred, blogilates, toneitup, kayaking, walking, lunges, squats, tricep dips, gym, leslie sansone, resistant bands, exercise ball
