Fitbit exercise not transferring over to MFP

Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it? My Fitbit steps are coming over but not my exercise... Then as the day goes on and I get more steps, my calories from steps are going down? I’m so confused

    It sounds like you may have your activity level set higher than the actual number of steps Fitbit is recording. You won't get bonus calories from steps until you exceed the activity level you set with MFP. If you're getting over 20k steps and still having this problem, I'm wrong.
