<600kcal dinner: Mediterranean wraps
150gr chicken breast in thin stripes, briefly marinate in a mix of ground cumin, coriander and spicy chili, and oregano.
Make tsatsiki with skyr, rasped cucumber, garlic, bit of cumin and salt
Make a simple salsa from finely chopped tomatoes and onion, tiny pinch of sugar and salt.

Fry chicken in pan with a hint of oil, take out, fry onion and paprika, add back chicken and add a bit of water to steamcook.
Serve in tortilla wraps.
What I have on my table tonight comes down to about 560kcal.
