Hello fellow MFP folks,
I just wanted to give some words of encouragement after reading many posts from the community.
1) Be patient. You can’t expect to see results in the first day or two. Not everyone has the same body type. Just take it one day at a time and log every meal and exercise to your precise goals.
2) Scales. Stop weighing yourself daily or even weekly. Doing so can add stress when you see yourself not shedding pounds or if your weight fluctuates.
3) Stay positive. Stop beating yourself up because your overweight, unhappy with what you look like, and depressed with your results. First of all, everyone is beautiful to begin with no matter what you look like. You always have the choice to be happy. Learn to understand the purpose of bumps in the road, grow from them and stay positive. Always end the day with a positive thought. No matter how hard things were, tomorrow’s a fresh opportunity to make it better.
Remember, take it one day at a time. Train hard and work hard towards your goals. Success can not be achieved without action.
I hope everyone has a beautiful day! Keep smiling and keep your head up
