I used to be an active person by Zumba 3 times and hiking 1 time every week. Since I have planter facilitates, not able to be that active. About 2 months ago, I started using this app again to track my eating and since I have lose a few lbs and maintain to my old weight. 3 weeks ago, I mentioned the app to my manager and since then, she started using it and understands the calories of food and she has loss a few lbs too. Add me and we can motivate each other on a daily basis or we can share what/how we feel of eating everyday.
