Hey so I’m starting my diet tomorrow. I’m very nervous as this is a very long journey for me. I lost 135 lbs 4years ago and have since gained all back plus some because I turned back to food after some life problems. I’m looking for friends and others to help inspire me to not give up

Long journey? Really? My day is only 24 hours. How many are yours? I know it's silly, but you only take one day at a time.1

You've got this! You've done it before and you can do it again. We both have our own reasons for putting the weight back on but the same thing happened to me. I lost a lot of weight and then put it back on plus an additional 18 lbs due to life circumstances. It took me a bit to really commit to this diet and weight loss goal but starting last week, nothing could stop me from going to the gym and beginning to change my diet. You can do it too but don't let any setbacks keep you from your goal.

Are you nervous because you dread going on a diet? Your diet is just what you eat. You've been eating today too, I hope? Every day is just a string of choices. To lose weight, your choices just have to, over time, make you eat a little less. To not regain, you have to not eat too much over time. You will never stop having to face life problems. To avoid regain this time, you have to stop turning to food to relieve stress. It's actually a pretty poor stress reliever, so find other outlets.0

I have written this post before. I lost 110 pounds several years ago. I gained it back, plus 30 more. I have lost almost 5 yay so I'm doing this again. Feel free to send a friend request. I love connecting with new people!0
