It's summer and as a metal head and goth I actually find myself listening to country right now. Honestly all change your normal musical style and go at it at the gym. Instead of let's say Metallica I chose Kenny Chesney what a difference.

I'd tried it some years ago and the change is pleasantly surprising - why I continue to. Habitually, I'd categorise my music - these for meditations only - those for runs - these ones for swims - only these for when I'm strength-training ... Changed it up to the most unlikely numbers and it did something that felt good.
When working out - I'm never alone. Always with my workout buddy (with family - my sister), so the music selection has to be what we'll both agree to listen to, for neither of us uses earbuds - Classical music - Reggaeton - Hip hop - Christian Praise & Worship - Hard rock - Indie - Country - Electronica/Techno/Dance - Foreign Folk - Metal - Kizomba - Tribal - Samba ... I get what you're attempting to encourage us to try.0 -

Why yes, yes I do.
Face down was my wedding song.
I also used the album for my birthing music. The midwife said to bring relaxing music that was easy to meditate to.1 -
It's summertime, so I'm jamming to 90's music. Currently going back to STP and Soundgarden. Reminds me of summer 1994.0

Hmmm. I would have expected Three Times a Lady for birthing.1 -
