New to Weight Watchers: Enough Fat in the Diet?

I'm concerned whether I'm getting enough fat on Weight Watchers. I started WW on Monday and will attend my first meeting tonight. Their zero point foods generally have little fat in them. It appears to be a low fat diet. I read that a person should get at least 20% of their daily calories from fat. When I started searching the internet for fat and Weight Watchers, I did find a recommendation from Weight Watchers that a person have at least two teaspoons per day of a heart healthy fat. Thus, I'll start doing that today. ( I do note I had to search for that information--the app didn't tell me that.) There is a good chance even after the two teaspoons of heart healthy fat and the 3 prescription fish oil pills (Lovaza) that I take per day, I'll be eating less than 20% of my calories from fat. Should I be worried? Should I make a particular effort to eat more fat on WW?

I follow the Weight Watchers Good Health Guidelines and have had good success. I often roast veggies in olive oil cause they are delicious

With the fish oil (10g per serving) plus the 2 tsp you'll be close to the minimum amount you need. If you remember the Ornish Diet, it had minimal fat in it - 10% of total intake and only 5 g of that saturated.
