Hi ive been on here since November 2017 ive lost 100 lbs and still need to lose another 200 I need some support on strengthing my body cause before I started this journey I was laid up in bed with oxygen issues and a lot of my muscles really hurt me not all t he time but there are days im so stiff and in pain my blood pressure is perfect my blood sugar is perfect my oxygen saturation is good but im having a hard time getting my body to fully function if anyone has advice or exercises please message me and if you want any tips on how I lost my first 100 lbs message me thanks God bless
