I’m 56 and want/need to lose weight. I found I am eating way too much for 1200 calorie diet. Looking to use around 30 lbs..any advice is appreciated!

Eat enough, but not too much for you. Figure out if 1200 is sustainable. What's your height and weight? How active are you (not including exercise)?0
