Since 2011, I've been focused on fat loss, watching how much I eat and everything of the sort. I think my body is starting to tell me it needs a change. Lately I've been starting to realize more and more that I'm quite happy being the size that I am, and perhaps its time to start putting some muscle on these bones, giving my body a good break from dieting for so long. I have a few weeks left of a fat loss program, so I've decided to sit down with my coach towards the end and start the shift from fat loss to muscle/strength building.
So one door will close in my life, but a whole new door with wonderful opportunities will open for me! Scary but exciting at the same time! Time to make my muscles shine
