Ayup. Along with the green coffee bean and raspberry ketones multi-cr@p. There is no supplement on the face of the earth that causes weight loss. Weight loss supplements are a huge business with slick martketing. If this supplement really worked all of the world's weight problems would be solved. They wouldn't have need of another diet with corresponding powders, pills and bars and dehydrated food delivery that tastes just like dogfood. GC would fix everything but it doesn't. You don't really know what kind of fillers are in those pills or if they're mainly filler with a micro tad of GC. One simply does not know.

I have whopping boatloads of that dehydrated food left over. I threw it under the house and I'm saving it for the apocalypse because it has a 100 year self-life. I'll share.

One time when I stopped at a Vitamin Shoppe to pick up some protein bars my friend asked the worker about them. He dissuaded her from the purchase. That should be all you need to know.

when you are taking supplements and trying to lose weight, it is really the lower calories you are eating, the water you are drinking and/or the exercise you are doing which burns calories that actually causes the weight loss. You tend to me more mindful of your diet when you have spent money on supplements. All the other folks are right. Save your money and just be thoughtful of your diet and exercise without them. Remember, the FDA does not regulate vitamins, minerals or supplements so who knows what may be in them!

Vitamins, minerals, and supplements *are* regulated by the FDA. There are expectations for strength, purity, and other factors. This doesn't mean that everyone complies with these regulations or that taking them is risk-free, but there are legal standards for what is in them, the claims that can be made about them, how strong they are, and how they are manufactured.

Did some channel run a Dr. Oz re-run from 2012?

There are no magic foods, pills or supplements you can take for weight loss. They are scams in which the only thing that gets lighter is your wallet.

    Completely worthless scam: https://examine.com/supplements/garcinia-cambogia/

One rule to remember for weight loss supplements: If it works, it isn't legal; if it's legal, it doesn't work. This rule will save you a lot of money, because any "supplement" you can buy that claims to boost weight loss is a scam. You lose weight by consuming less calories than you burn, period.

For the most part this is true. There are a couple legal exceptions, but not something that I would advise, especially for people new to this.

I think someone got their days mixed up. Garcinia Cambogia is for Thursdays. It should be raspberry keytones today. Friday is ACV.

Monday is keto, and Tuesday is a 'free' day for detoxes, sugar is teh debil, and eevil toxinz.

    Best answer so far :D
