Come be my friend and tell me to stop being ridiculous sometimes!!!
I was on MFP in 2013 and lost 30 lbs doing EM2WL. Dropped from 190 to 160.
I'm here again and starting keto, 3 days in, to help with my blood sugar. Weight is at 225 because life happened and I'm not upset about that. But I need to change my blood sugar issues before it's too late, had a big wake up call last week. I kind of did my own research a bit and know I'll need to adjust once I learn how my body in particular reacts to things. Figured I'd start with my macros and adjust as necessary.
Carb intake has dropped from 55% of my diet down to yesterday was 14%. "Oh crap I didn't realize bell peppers had so many carbs" and a taste of chocolate cake for a birthday at work were to blame. I have little resistance. So far today, carbs are at 5%. Problem is now, I am only at 11% protein and can't think of anything to get that up without carbs. IDK. Just gonna go home and eat a spoonful of peanut butter while I play gangster rap.
