As a tall girl myself (5'11) it took me a long time in my teens to realize that I would never weigh the same as my little friends - 120 lbs because I have the bone structure of a nearly 6 foot tall person!!! Your long, lean frame holds that 170 lbs pretty darn perfectly. Please know that you are gorgeous!!!0 -

Way to go! I am 5'9" and always dieted. I got down to 165 and was very happy with my weight but then gained up to 254lb. I am now 242 and would love to get back to 175lb (165 was really hard to maintain). You are a great inspiration to me because I am also a college student and we have a lot in common!
