What to do after the shred

Hi all,

I'm on day 24 of the shred and I'm just wondering what do you move onto after wards ? I'm liking the results that I'm getting with the shred

    I did Ripped in 30 right after and also started Stronglifts.

    I bought 2 box sets of Jillians once I had finished - one of which has extreme shred and shred - gonna try it for first time tonight. No more trouble zones is awesome, but my 2 best friends have been through and nabbed it and the boost metabolism one :grumble:

    Look at some of the stuff on FitnessBlender. Also, BeFit in 90 on the BeFit channel on YouTube is really good. You may also look into starting a heavier lifting program as well.

    Ripped in 30! Same principle, but a bit harder and it has 4 levels!

    I am with the girls that say Ripped in 30 - I just graduated to Level 3 - good DVD to do after the shred :-)

    Jillian Michaels Body Revolution is awesome, and it eases you up in fitness over 12 weeks.

    I vote for Ripped in 30 also. I just finished the Shred two weeks ago. Started Level 2 of Ripped tonight and it kicked my butt! Level 1 was an excellent workout. I just hope I can make it through Level 2 :o)
