Hey all if someone is looking for some motivation,ideas or just a friend,you can add me.I have lost 20lbs before downloading this app and trying to loose minimum of 15lbs till emd of july.I walk at least 10K steps daily so I would love to share it with people of similar interests ♥️

Good luck! 15 pounds in 5-6 weeks is going to be very tough unless you're as big as I am. Don't get too crazy and sabotage yourself, and don't get too frustrated if it doesn't happen. Slow and steady wins the race in weight loss2

15lbs in 40days is doable I think.But we will see how it goes,I’m not starving myself but just eating less and walking more.Thank you so much ⭐️1
