Hi all, my name is Kayla and I just started using myfitnesspal. At the beginning of this year I weighed 200lbs and was very unhappy. In March I started eating better and exercising and in April I joined weight watchers. I’ve lost 23 pounds and go to the gym 4 times a week and I’m feeling great but I want to be more aware of what I’m eating. Weight watchers just has points and I usually pull out a pen and paper everyday to figure out calories in/out and I want to track my macros so I’m really excited to start using this app!

    Welcome! Congrats on you awesome progress. Sounds like you have the routine! MFP is a great program and, even more, a great community. Food logging really helps. As do the people here. Add me if you like.
