Hi all
I am in the UK and 7 months ago I had my first baby. Via Emergency C Section. So I have lost some weight with the help from MFP but it's more exercise I need to handle now I feel I'm ready for bigger exercises than I already have been doing.( scared /fear of hurting my scar or damaging my stomach after Op.) But also worry too much, and think that I can manage more harder exercise than I think due to fear.
So I'm looking for people who are active and great supporters also swap some exercise tips...
Feel free to add me
Thankyou
