My loss is so slow and almost has halted.
I'm exercising almost every day and have about two rest days a week. i eat my calorie goal & recently i started lifting weights.
I eat like 5 meals a day that are healthy & mostly clean to speed my metabolism, that totals to 1300. I tried upping my cal to 1500 but it didn't work, my weight goal is healthy and reasonable for my height as well.
any tips on getting over this plateau? It's been this way for months.

Are you measuring?
If you started lifting then you might be putting on muscle but losing fat?

We need more details; height, weight, etc. Also, open up your diary.
I can tell you that lifting can disguise weight loss. However, if you are only eating 1300 cals with all that exercise that is likely to be too low.0 -
How long did you up your calories for? You have to give any changes 8 weeks to take effect. Do you eat back exercise calories?0

I eat back half of exercise calories. i upped them for about two-three months.0

Well you're either 16 (more likely and not supposed to be using the site) or 18 so your calorie intake is way too low for a growing teen and your body will still be changing. That said it will depend on whether you weight loss goal is realistic for your height and how well you are measuring/weighing food and how accurate you are with your exercise calories. Obviously you arent' doing everything right or something would be changing.0
