One Year

One year in, lost 130 lb, 70 lb to go, dropped 2 X's in sizes, 12 inch off the waist, 4 inch off the collar, 6 inch off the chest. Wife introduced me to a work colleague in the supermarket today, admitted later a year ago she would have avoided it.

Not boasting, ashamed of myself for getting in that state, hope I can encourage others it is not that hard - and worth it.
