Healthy Breakfast idea, kale khachapuri

Preheat the oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit!!
In a large skillet, heat 2 tbsp oil over medium heat! Add 8 ounces kale, 1/4 tsp salt, and a few turns of pepper and cook, stirring until the kale is wilted, which is about 5 minutes!! Add 4 Cloves of thinly sliced garlic and cook for 2 more minutes!! Remove from the heat and set aside!!
Flatten out pizza dough and divide it into 4 portions, working with one at a time!! Mold it into a boat shape and pour the kale in and add 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese!! Bake for 4 minutes, and quickly pour 4 large eggs!! Cook for 5 more minutes, and optionally, serve with Tabasco!!
