Best waterproof step tracker I can wear on my Ankle?

I have a Fitbit One, and using iOS. All software is up to date, but sync has been a nightmare. Some days it syncs, some it doesn’t. Tech support is Zero help. Apparently it is a known coding issue. Anyway, looking for a straight foreword waterproof step tracker I can wear on my ankle that will be hassle free with MFP. Any other features would just be a bonus. Many thanks for your suggestions and support fellow trackers!

    Misfit Shine is a waterproof step tracker that has a magnetic clip that you can attach to any clothing, including on your shoes or socks. I've had my Misfit Shine for over 3 years and have changed it's battery many times and it's still watertight for swimming. It also tracks sleep. I haven't had any issues with it syncing with MFP that wasn't solved by turning the bluetooth off and on again. FYI they're on sale right now at the Misfit webstore.
