Are you eating back your exercise calories? If you work out 6x a week then 1310 seems quite low, I'm on 1200 a day but on exercise days I eat a few hundred extra.
  • and that for sure is it as i always keep inside my calorie goal, and i only eat back some of the calories i burn like 200 maybe??? i eat less than 2000, its just the first time its happened and im worried.

Weight can fluctuate a lot with water and exercise. I wouldn't be weighing yourself every two days. I would weigh youself once a week MAX. You may also need more calories per day.

Doesn't mean a thing. Very normal fluctuation. Give it a week and the gain will be gone. I have done the same thing many, many times. I have gained four pounds just from exercise and eating breakfast. Just keep moving in a positive direction of eating right and exercising and you will be fine in the long term.:flowerforyou:
  • phew thanks guys!!!! i just didnt understand what was going on!!! so just stick to what im doing and drink lots and should go back to normal??? i mean i ride my horse 5 times a week and go the gym 6 times im on my feet all day at work so i shouldnt have put that on in fat xx

Water weight. Just eating salty foods, heat, TOM and many other things can make you gain, and sometimes it might be 4lbs, sometimes 2lbs and sometimes 6 or more.

It's not fat, so don't worry. Weight fluctuates.
