I will check in tonight before I go to bed to report out on how I did.
1. Log everything I eat today
2. Meal prep today for the week (stayed on target because of meal prep last week)
3. Exercise 30 minutes
4. Drink 96 oz of water today
5. Journal for 10 minutes to reduce any emotional eating
