Hey Crew
My name is Gretchen and I’ve been off of my fitness pal for about a year but recently have logged 35 days in a row, tracking food and fitness. I have three kiddos 6,4 and 1 1/2 and I’m a stay at home mom. Now that having babies is over I have my body back to get it on track. I’ve been in the fitness industry for 9 years as operations director, group fitness manager, instructor, personal trainer and health coach. I gave so much to others over the years that I put myself on the back burner but now that we have moved to Lexington, KY I’m able to focus on consistency with food and fitness. My goal is to be down 40lbs by this time next year. I’m giving myself a year because it took 6 years and three kiddos to put it on and I want to develope a lifestyle not a quick fix. I’m down 7lbs since coming back a month ago and excited to see what the next month brings!
