Best Meal Plans for Shredding Fat and High Protein intake?

Not picky at all when it comes to food. I'm wanting to see what yall do and what yall find successful. I'm wanting to shred excess fat, but build muscle while I'm at it. Any advice on food/ meal prep ideas would be appreciated. Thank you!

You listed two goals that aren’t optimal. Shed fat and build muscle. The body is either in a catabolic state or an anabolic. Recomp is slow and newbie gains diminish quickly. Unless you’re on AAS, your goals aren’t effectively attainable. Also, there is no specific food that will help you achieve this goal, but proper macronutrient intake. Calorie deficit for fat loss while hitting macronutrient goals and calorie surplus for muscle/ weight gain.5
